The Mindanao Trust Fund (MTF) is a multi-donor grant facility established in 2005 to assist socio-economic recovery of conflict-affected communities in Mindanao, Philippines.

The Facility is administered by the World Bank. Contributing donors include the European Union and the Governments of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Sweden and the United States.
