A PLEDGE beneficiary from Zamboanga del Sur carefully sets up his group’s products before the start of the trade fair. One of PLEDGE’s objectives is to teach communities to maximize local resources. In the case of Barangay Pisaan, Dinas, People’s Organizations were provided equipment and trained to process their abundant shrimps and fish into shrimp paste and dried fish.
