BDA and MTF representatives discuss with the People's Organization officers in Barangay Clib, Hagonoy, Davao del Sur, the importance of working with BDA engineers during the construction of their water project. Other than organizational and financial management, the BDA provides technical assistance to the newly-formed 50 People's Organizations under Bangsamoro ADVANCE to ensure the technical soundness of their community infrastructure.
